I think it would be sooooo funny if next year, Phantom shuts down, we all get over it, a new show opens up in the same building, rehearsals go fine, everyone tries so hard to get excited, but you know, it’s a little forced but optimistic. And then on opening night right as everything is underway it’s revealed this was like. The biggest marketing stunt of all time and the Phantom hijacks the show and it just continues on Broadway again like nothing happened.
